Usage

Mind has no per-user fee; your company has a monthly usage quota. Usage is measured by the length of the text you send Mind and of the answers it produces (jeton, tokens). The pricing rules are in the support guide: Pricing (in Turkish).

Seeing your usage​

The account menu at the top right shows Bu ayki kullanım (This month's usage):

  • how much of the quota is used and roughly how many questions are left (≈ N soru kaldı, ≈ N questions left);
  • the renewal day (for example 1 Ekim'de yenilenir, renews on 1 October); the quota renews at the start of each month, Turkish time;
  • the tokens used and the total, and the number of questions asked this month.

The figures are your company's total.

Nearing the quota​

  • As you near the end of the quota, a strip appears at the top of the screen: Bu ayki kullanımın sonuna yaklaşıyorsunuz (You are nearing the end of this month's usage). You can keep asking.
  • When the quota is used up, the strip says so and the question box closes (Bu ayki kullanım sınırı doldu; … yenilenir., This month's limit is reached; renews on …). Your conversations and boards stay in place.
  • The strip's Aboneliği yükselt (Upgrade subscription) link goes to the subscriptions page of the panel.

What does not count​

Changing the chart type, pinning or removing a card, copying a table, downloading CSV, sharing a board and opening a shared board use no quota.
