What is iyibir Mind
iyibir Mind is an analyst you question about your company's data. You ask in Turkish; Mind answers briefly in the conversation and draws the answer on the board: key figure cards, a chart and a table. The board is saved with the conversation, and you can share it with your team.
Mind runs in the browser at app.iyibirmind.io. There is nothing to install on your computer.
Mind's screens are in Turkish only. This guide keeps every on-screen label exactly as you see it, in Turkish and in bold, and gives its meaning in English the first time it appears, for example Yeni konuşma (New conversation). Ask your questions in Turkish.
What you can do
- Ask questions: sales, targets, collections, receivables, stock, purchasing, profitability, cash and bank. See Asking questions and Analyses.
- Use the board: pin cards, open them full screen, copy a table or download it as CSV, change the chart type. See Board and Charts.
- Share with your team: put the board, under a name, on the list everyone in your company sees; colleagues open it and carry on in their own conversation. See Sharing.
Before you start
Your company needs a Mind subscription or trial. Trials and subscriptions are managed in the iyibir Cloud panel: Cloud products and subscriptions (support guide, in Turkish).
Today Mind works with a sample company's data: a fictional industrial spare-parts distributor. Every card says Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data); the figures are not your company's. Working with your own Logo data will come with the iyibir Agent connection; when it does, this guide and the Release notes will be updated.
