Where Mind runs​

Mind runs in the iyibir cloud; you don't install or update it. Your account, conversations and boards are kept in the iyibir cloud.

Which data today​

Today Mind works with a sample company's data and says so on every card with Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data). Working with your own Logo data will come with the iyibir Agent installed on your server. The Agent reads your Logo database read-only while answering your questions; your database stays on your own server.

How an answer is produced​

To write an answer, your question, the conversation's earlier messages and the part of the analysis result it needs are sent to the model provider. The figures, charts and Öne çıkan (Highlight) notes on the board are the analysis result, not the model's.

Who sees what​

  • Your conversations and boards are yours alone.
  • Boards you share are visible to everyone in your company; your conversation is not shared. See Sharing.
  • No other company can reach any record of yours. This rule is enforced on the server, on every request, and separately in the database.

Deleting​

Deleting a conversation also deletes its board and its shared board. When your subscription or trial ends, your conversations and boards are kept for 30 days; subscribe within that time and everything stays in place.
