Sharing

You can share your board with your team under a name. What is shared is the board as it is at that moment; your conversation is not shared.

Sharing a board​

  1. Click Paylaş (Share) in the board heading.
  2. In the Panoyu ekiple paylaşın (Share the board with your team) window, give the board a name (Pano adı, Board name, 3–80 characters; for example "Aylık satış panosu", Monthly sales board).
  3. Paylaş.

The board is added to the Paylaşılan panolar (Shared boards) list everyone in your company sees, and the heading button becomes Paylaşıldı (Shared).

The window states these rules:

  • Your conversation is not shared; only the cards on the board.
  • Your later answers do not reach the shared board until you choose Güncelle (Update).
  • Colleagues cannot change the board; they can copy it into their own conversation and carry on there.

A board you share is visible to everyone in your company. Once you work with your own ERP data, take care before sharing cards that contain personal data.

Updating or removing a shared board​

Click Paylaşıldı in the heading. The window shows when you last shared it:

  • Güncelle (Update): the team sees the board as it is now.
  • Bağlantıyı kopyala (Copy link): copies the shared board's link. Users in your company can open it.
  • Paylaşımı kaldır (Stop sharing): asks first; the board leaves your colleagues' list. Your conversation and board stay in place.

If you delete the conversation behind a shared board, Mind asks first: the shared board is removed too. Colleagues who started their own conversation from it keep theirs.

Opening a shared board​

Each board in the Paylaşılan panolar list in the conversation column shows its name and who shared it. Click one and it opens in place of your board:

  • The heading says Paylaşılan pano (Shared board) and Salt okunur. (Read-only.) Cards offer only full screen and export (CSV, copy).
  • Bu panodan başla (Start from this board): opens a new conversation of your own with a copy of the board, and you carry on from there with your questions (Pano yeni konuşmanıza kopyalandı; sorularınızla devam edebilirsiniz., The board was copied to your new conversation).
  • Panoma dön (Back to my board): returns to your own board.

When you open a board you shared yourself, the Panonuzu yönetin (Manage your board) menu offers Adını değiştir (Rename), Bağlantıyı kopyala (Copy link) and Paylaşımı kaldır (Stop sharing).

If it says Bu paylaşılan pano bulunamadı. (This shared board was not found.), its owner may have stopped sharing it or deleted the conversation.
