Know the screen

Mind's screen has two halves: the conversation column on the left and the board on the right.

Conversation column​

  • The Yeni konuşma (New conversation) button.
  • Geçmiş konuşmalar (Past conversations): your conversations. See Conversations.
  • Paylaşılan panolar (Shared boards): boards shared in your company. See Sharing.
  • The conversation, with the question box at the bottom (iyibir Mind'a bir soru sorun…, Ask iyibir Mind a question…).

Close and open the column with ⌘ B (Ctrl B on Windows). While it is closed the board takes the full width; move your pointer to the left edge of the screen and the column slides in over the board. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

On a narrow screen (phone, tablet) the two halves are not shown together: the same button switches between conversation and board.

Board​

The right side holds the conversation's board. Its heading shows the number of cards, the time of the last update and where the data comes from (for example 3 kart · son güncelleme 14:05 · Örnek ERP verisi, 3 cards · last update 14:05 · Sample ERP data). The heading has the Paylaş (Share) and Panoyu temizle (Clear board) buttons. See Board.

In an empty conversation the board shows a few example questions; clicking one asks it.

Account menu​

In the account button at the top right:

  • your name and e-mail address;
  • Bu ayki kullanım (This month's usage): see Usage;
  • Görünüm (Appearance): Sistem (System), Karanlık (Dark) or Açık (Light). Sistem follows your computer's setting;
  • Klavye kısayolları (Keyboard shortcuts): see Keyboard shortcuts;
  • Çıkış yap (Sign out).
