Working scope

Mind reads your company's Logo data. After signing in you confirm which firm and period it works in; this is the working scope. Conversations, boards and search work only in the firm and period you chose.

After signing in​

When you sign in, the Çalışma kapsamını seçin (Choose your working scope) screen opens; if you already have a saved scope it reads Çalışma kapsamını onaylayın (Confirm your working scope):

  • Firma (Firm): the firms in your Logo installation (Firma seçin, Choose a firm).
  • Dönem (Period): the periods of the firm you chose (Dönem seçin, Choose a period).
  • Bordro kurumu (Payroll institution): optional. It appears only when a payroll database is set up in the iyibir PaaS Agent; you can leave it empty with Seçme (Don't choose).

Çalışma alanına geç (Go to the workspace), or Devam et (Continue) if you are confirming, takes you into Mind. If you have a single firm and no payroll institution to choose, this screen is skipped. The confirmation is remembered for the browser tab; reloading the page does not ask again.

Changing the scope​

The scope button at the top right (for example Firma 999 · Dönem 1) opens a menu: pick a firm and its period; if there is a payroll institution, change it from the Bordro kurumu row. When the scope changes, the workspace reloads under the new scope. The menu is closed while an answer is being produced.

A conversation belongs to the firm and period it was opened in: Geçmiş konuşmalar (Past conversations) and Paylaşılan panolar (Shared boards) show only those of the active scope, and a conversation from another scope cannot be opened. The payroll institution is not part of a conversation's scope; payroll commands read the institution selected at that moment.

Payroll institution​

The İnsan ve bordro (People and payroll) commands read only the payroll institution you chose. If none is chosen, the command says so and asks you to choose one on the scope screen. Payroll cards show only totals and distributions: groups of fewer than 3 people are merged into Diğer (Other), and pay is never shown per person.

If there is no Logo connection​

If the firm list cannot be loaded, Mind says why:
